In Home Follow Up

Service Description

Sometimes the challenges at hand can't be resolved in one visit and require a follow up. At home follow-up appointments are 1 hour long. During our follow up we will discuss the existing care/feeding plan, manage new challenges and modify or update the existing care plan in order to meet your new breastfeeding goals. Your follow up appointment also includes 1 week of email support. Cancellation Policy

Cancelations/Refunds/No-shows - We require a 24 hour notice for all the changes and cancelations. If the appointment is canceled in less then 24 hours, a $75 cancelation fee applies. This cancelation fee will be subtracted from the amount you paid initially and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 24 hours. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 15 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please do so before your 24h window, so that we can give your time slot to the next client on the waiting list. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
