Service Description

I am always available via email if you have questions about your care plan for 2 weeks after the initial appointment and for 1 week after your follow-up appointment. However, I also understand the value of providing ongoing support to new moms. That's why I offer weekly email support as an option for my clients. You can ask questions about your care plan, general questions or get clarification on something you are not sure about and I'll be there to provide the guidance and reassurance you need. Keep in mind that if your question requires further detailed assessment, I may not be able to provide detailed advice through email and follow up may be necessary. *** Please go to "Plans" tab to book.


Cancellation Policy

Cancelations/Refunds/No-shows - We require a 24 hour notice for all the changes and cancelations. If the appointment is canceled in less then 24 hours, a $75 cancelation fee applies. This cancelation fee will be subtracted from the amount you paid initially and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 24 hours. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 15 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please do so before your 24h window, so that we can give your time slot to the next client on the waiting list. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
